At CRUD.IT Solutions Inc. (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”), we are committed to delivering high-quality software development services and software-as-a-service (SaaS) solutions. This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be granted for payments made to CRUD.IT Solutions Inc., in accordance with our Terms and Conditions and applicable Philippine laws.

By availing of our services, using our website, or subscribing to any of our offerings, you agree to the terms outlined in this Refund Policy.

1. Scope of Coverage

This Refund Policy applies to:

Custom Software Development Services
Web and Mobile Application Development
Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) Subscriptions
Other services and products offered by CRUD.IT Solutions Inc.

2. General Policy on Refunds

Because software development and SaaS products are intangible and customized, all payments made to CRUD.IT Solutions Inc. are generally non-refundable once a project or subscription has commenced.

However, in compliance with Republic Act No. 7394 (the Philippine Consumer Act) and other applicable laws, certain exceptions may allow for partial or full refunds under specific circumstances.

3. Refund Eligibility

A. For Custom Software Development Projects

You may request a refund if:

Project not initiated — If CRUD.IT Solutions Inc. has not started the project within 15 business days of payment, and no deliverables have been provided, you are eligible for a full refund.
Project canceled before start — If you cancel before development begins, a 90% refund of the initial payment will be granted.
Project canceled after start — If development has already commenced, refunds will be pro-rated based on the percentage of deliverables completed, minus administrative and operational costs.

B. For SaaS Subscriptions

Full Refund — If you cancel your subscription within 7 days of the initial purchase and have not significantly used the platform, you are entitled to a full refund.
Partial Refund — After 7 days, payments are non-refundable for the current billing cycle, but you may cancel to prevent future recurring charges.

C. When Refunds Are Not Applicable

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

When the project or deliverables have been completed and approved.
When delays occur due to the client’s failure to provide data, approvals, or required materials.
When the client cancels a project for reasons unrelated to CRUD.IT Solutions Inc.’s performance.
For third-party services, APIs, licenses, or software purchased on behalf of the client.
For ongoing maintenance, support, or retainer fees once the service period has started.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, you must:

Submit a written request via email to inquiry@crud-it-solutions.com.
Provide your invoice number, project name, and a clear reason for requesting a refund.
Our team will review your request within 7 business days.
If approved, refunds will be processed within 15 business days via the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon.

5. Service Warranty & Revisions

Under Article 68 of the Philippine Consumer Act, CRUD.IT Solutions Inc. guarantees that all services will be rendered with due skill, care, and diligence.

If a delivered software contains bugs or defects, we will provide free bug fixes or revisions within the agreed warranty period.
Refunds will only be considered if we are unable to resolve major functionality issues after reasonable efforts have been made.

6. Legal Compliance

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, including but not limited to:

Republic Act No. 7394 — Consumer Act of the Philippines
Republic Act No. 8792 — E-Commerce Act of 2000
Relevant provisions of the Civil Code of the Philippines

In case of disputes, both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the proper courts in Makati City, Philippines.
